Over the course of three sessions with Amy I have gained a variety of exercise, stretch and strength routines. I also leave with more confidence that they are the right ones to address my aches. I have been seeing Amy at M&A Therapies for a few months now due to chronic illness and severe osteoarthritis in my hips and back. When I first went I could barely walk and had been off work for two months. Amy worked closely with me to understand my overall health and get to the specific pain points and causes. After the initial improvement I have continued going to keep maintained or to deal with other pain flares whilst waiting for other medical interventions.
